Shipping, Taxes and Duties FAQ's
Any item that you can add to cart is usually in stock. We only list items for sale that are actually available, but occasionally something has sold before our system catches up with it. In the unlikely event of this happening we will contact you within one day and arrange for a replacement or refund to your satisfaction.
Express delivery orders and most regular delivery orders placed before 11am (Sydney time - AEST/AEDT) on a business day are usually shipped from our warehouse same-day. During busy periods there may be small delays to dispatch some orders.
Australian Delivery
Cost to ship these orders depends on your location and what items you have selected - you can get a quote for an individual item on each page, or at the cart for your whole order. International Delivery - New Zealand, Malaysia, and the Philippines

International Taxes and Duties
We do not currently collect tax or duties for any country except Australia - for any other global resident you will need to arrange payment of applicable taxes and duties within country as applicable.
Other Countries
We gladly ship internationally.
If your country is not coming up on our ship to destinations please email sales@offroadbikesonline.com.au with your address details and we will activate the country so you can order online.
For all international shipments we currently use Australia Post which then uses your country's national postal service (to the best of our knowledge).
Please ensure you use a "ship to" address that can be used by your national postal service.

To date: We have successfully shipped to Sweden, Denmark, US (USPS - east, west and middle :p), Singapore, Philippines (Manila), Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Malaysia.
Buyer Beware: Returns due to none delivery (address) are at the buyer's expense. So please ensure address details are correct and able to accept postal service delivery.
Delivery Timeframe
We aim to offer the most dependable services, we can find. However, as a small family run business, we are highly dependent on third parties for delivery.
We offer to you multiple delivery services via Australia post and TNT/Fedex. However, we can not guarantee or control their delivery.
